Arena Well Represented In 'Portfolio One'
Work from a number of Arena's members is featured in 'Portfolio One', the splendid new coffee table book just published by the Royal Photographic Society.
Tim Rudman is interviewed and featured as a portfolio guest, whilst one of Trevor Crone’s prints is featured in an article on the Tyng collection. Other chapters contain work by Arena members Mary and Vic Attfield, John Chamberlain, Caroline Hyman, Roy King, Tony Worobiec and the late Bob Elliot.
This beautiful limited edition book is edited by past RPS president Roger Reynolds Hon FRPS and is designed to show ‘ current styles and trends within the Society and the photography of its members, advancing the art and science of photography, as well as being a record of the Society at this time’.
Portfolio One’s contents comprise:

•Illustrated articles by Jane Fletcher on Roger Fenton and the Origins of the Society, Ten Processes That Changed Photography, and the recent acquisitions for the Tyng Collection of work by Mark Power and Trevor Crone.
